I woke up today and went and saw Eliot, a Panamanian rehab guy who lives in Barcelona that Randy recommended. He’s really good, but he did my least favourite thing in the worst and injected me with 3 needles. I was such a bitch; sweating and being dramatic etc. Still, apparently my ankle should start to feel much better soon (for $150USD I hope so 😅) so I’m looking forward to it.

I woke up at 5am after going to bed at 1am. WHYYYYYYYY 🙁… probably standard breakup shit I guess. This is good though, I’m writing this entry at 8:45am and it means that I can get some work done. The washing has just finished now so I’ll hang that up, and then its time to get fusion ready and going.

I #yolo and upgraded the nobara kernel today and everything worked perfectly. I guess there was just an annoying bug that got patched out over the weekend which is awesome, so my simple monkey brain can keep going :D

So, I got my laptop back today with a 2TB harddrive and 32GB of RAM. I fucked windows off it immediately and installed Nobara . Unfortunately its crashing at the login screen and I don’t know what to do. After hours of googling it turns out the April release has an issue so I need to revert and flash back to the Jan release.

Boy oh boy, was today a fucking nightmare of a day. Ever since James at Prendi has blown up everyones productivity has absolutely, catastrophically declined. I don’t blame them to be honest. The day after his blowup last week I spoke to him and I think he’s been better ever since, however everyones last memory of him was that blowup and that scar tissue is already there now.

I got rid of my Birkenstocks today. They were too big for me - I’ve rolled my right ankle so many times on them its permanently fucked now. I ended up biting the bullet and throwing that shit in the bin. RIP legends; I’ll get a proper size eventuallt.
