Super long day of work.

Had an interview for a CTO role - we’ll see what happens. The company is on a massive growth trajectory which is exciting, but in general I’m not interested in the industry.

I only had a few drinks last night but woke up feeling ruined :(. It was 2 rums, a tequila a rum and coke. 4 drinks - Jamie is hung over as hell. I barely drink anymore and this absolutely ruined me. I used to be able to drink half a freaking bottle. Its not often that losing an edge is good, but this time its a great sign of change :)

Today is the last day in Cartagena. I’m looking really forward to getting the fuck out of this place - I’ve had enough.

Had an epic interview with a company called vero today. The CEO is an amazing dude and me and him hit it off. It was great to have the boss talked to me in a super senior position, so will be very interested to see the outcome.

I got rejected from FLK It Over! The feedback was “he is very very technical and can definitely do the job, but we didn’t think he had any passion for the company”.

Had a meeting with the FLK It Over ceo. Was another hour long, generic meeting. He is very much a sales man.

Woke up feeling like shit. Had some late night Arepas and it has ruined me on the inside :(. Eating fresh food for the first time in 10 years for the last 3 months has been the best thing that I’ve done in ages, and now shitty food ruins my life.
