Went to bed at 7am this morning, and woke up only 4 or so hours later so am feeling pretty tired.

I spent many, many hours categorising transactions in firefly, and backdated it until march 2022 which is when I left Australia. I have about $60,000 left to go through over the next few days, with the goal being everything will be allocated before the 7th of September - at which point I’ll sit down and do all of Augusts banking.

I finally found something that is useful for video playback - stashapp.cc - a local porn video app that I can convert into a media platform I think. Time will tell.

Many more hours spent categorising transactions. Nearly done, perhaps a day.

Major Events

• Spent many hours categorising transactions back until when I left for Greece
• Went and updated the “travel” model with dates we’ve been to each major location. Included plane/train tickets and airbnb bookings for cross referencing later
• Applied for a secondary job to help get my boat faster

Notes

• I really can’t explain how mentally beneficial it has been to do this transaction work. I feel truly liberated from my terrible financial habits.
• This locally hosted mariadb is fucking terrible. Looking at pgchameleon to migrate to postgres
• Didn’t go to the gym - liquid diarrhea. My guess is the spicy food. 🤢
