Had a great nights sleep, but woke up with a stomach full of meat. Those delicious chicken skewers from last night means a massive protein shit will be happening today.

Went out with Dan the industrial engineer to watch some NFL and got hammered, including being a dick to a gangster at my local bar (which is actually a brothel). Stupid shit, and I also broke sober october.
