So its not too often I make a major misread of a situation. I have basically finished this clients site and I pushed it over the Christmas day (being 16 hours behind the client) with the expectation that:

• I could bugfix any discrepancies
• Client wouldn’t know

Anyway, I bugfixed the divergences between the test and prod environments (about 5 hours of work) and went to sleep. Client found out and wanted a hard reversion. I KNOW from experience that this is the wrong move on their part, but hey, what to do 🤷
