Ankle is significantly better today. It no longer just burns - that MMT deep tissue massage agony does wonders ❤. Still too wrecked to walk I think, but I think we are getting some drinks with Hugo at Maagoo’s tonight so we should be good.

I went for a walk and my uncle is still sore, but no where near as bad as it was. The aggressive MMT massaging seems to have worked really well.
