Woke up today feeling like absolute horses ass sack. I’m so crushed with tiredness its a disease man. I didn’t go to bed until like ~5am maybe, so I guess it was a solid 8 hours sleep so I can’t complain too much.

Had a day where I only ate dinner. A giant, giant bowl of steak, onions and hot sauce. nomnomnom

Jeff spoke to me today and is going to bring my some Cerviche he’s been making that is his own custom blend. Looking forward to giving it a try. He also sent me some hilarious fucking voice messages about his friend Hyena that is a giant scary beast and they want to use it to piss off Carlos. He’s such a funny fucker, love the dude.

I’m pretty disappointed I didn’t start the knees-over-toes programme today. Thats the effect of having a cheeky beer, it wrecks me. More alcohol is leading to more disappointment in my life and I need to fix this shit.
