So I’ve taken the uncommon step of doing free work for someone. I didn’t really know how to start my boat journey in any serious way, so I determined that I’d head down and offer some free labour to get to know people and see what comes out of everything.

Spent day on a boat known as Black Knight. Basically the day involved doing some of the lamest mould scrubbing and cleaning of all time. It was unbelievably shit to work

Made contact with new boat person.

Me and Juan got stuck in traffic due to protests and basically started hours late. Here is us doing multiple attempt runs to the Marina.

Here is Black Knight in all of her glory. Stripping off mould is always fun - it was also hot as fuck in there.

This work was shit, but I felt really good doing it. Turns out doing real work leads to real outcomes, and these things are good.
