It was Hectors last day in Panama for 6 months - he’s heading to Moldova and Czech to get his citizenship and buy an apartment. It turns out that he’s a big believer in ancient civilisations, pyramids etc, along with Hugo! Crazy how wide this believe actually goes!

I made my first slow cooked meal in the new Crock Pot today. It was pretty awesome.
