Absolutely beautiful Panamanian morning.

Went to barber for the first time in a year, and got my hair cut for the first time in maybe 6 months. Fluffy as fuck.

Talked to kemp about some of his performance issues. He was really receptive so we’ll see how it goes.

Didn’t feel well all day. I jad 2 beers and KO’d - not good.

There has been a strong mold smell in the apartment since I moved in here. I think that maybe this cupboard is full of it, when I opened it it smelled terrible.
