I’ve been shitting all day. I ate multiple types of hotsauce for breakfast and not more than 2 hours later I was endlessly shitting. Whatever I’ve eaten it’s all coming out of me, not even sure it was the hot sauce.

I’ve finally sent off documents to Mexico to get apostille for them. Holy fuck it wasn’t cheap, but at least I’m finally getting to it.

I just entirely KO’d at work today. Been feeling wrecked all day - not just the inner cleanse.
