Woke up at 2am after crashing at maybe 10pm. I feel pretty wrecked - I’ve definitely been sick. My eyes have been puffy and swollen, but I think I’m on top of it. Definitely didn’t help that I ate all of that hotsauce yesterday and just ended up shitting for 14 hours on repeat. Hoping that I can get something useful actually done today.

I’ve had a bunch of doubts about this boat. I know this is just self doubt, but its always good to acknowledge this and deal with it in your head.

I’ve started to backfill in some of the blogposts in this blog. There was a ~2 week dearth where I’ve basically left notes but haven’t filled anything in. I’ve started to do that now and am happy to have done it, with the hope that by the end of tomorrow I can backfill the entire thing entirely. I’ve written some stuff up and transcoded all the media I had up until 2023-07-08, which is 3.5 days from writing this.

I started showing shmiddy some of the crazy Egypt stuff. It was good to see him interested in it - he also said he could pay me back 2k on Monday which would be awesome.
