Woke up at 6:30am, and KO’d again until 8:30am. I was woken up by Jonathon coming aroung to “get his broom”, but all he was chasing was a beer. He brought his dogs in and the puppy proceeded to shit in my house :(

I can’t remember if it was this morning or last night but I managed to find a “hot line” MMT-styles on my thumb muscle on my right hand. I spent some time working it and it hurt then, a lot, but after waking up after a few hours it feels really tender and bruised. I think its net good, but I’m definitely feeling the price of it now.
