Went and installed the ladder on the boat with Cristian today. There wasn’t much to do after that so Cristian and I started drinking early. I ended up buying Cristian a speargun (and one for me too!) so we could go out and shoot some fish.

Unfortunately we didn’t see anything worth shooting, but what did happen is I dropped my bag with my money, wallet and cards and my phone into the ocean. FUCK. It took us a few minutes to find it and involved going back to Emilio’s boat (5 minute ride) before going back to the open ocean and looking for it.

WE FOUND IT! FUCK YES. I jumped in the water to saved it and dislocated my knee. I was then stuck in the water for fucking 20 minutes trying to grit through the pain to pull myself out of it.

Eventually I got back on boat and we got some beers. Afterwards we jumped back in the water to try spear gunning… and I dislocated my knee. Again. Damn.
