I did my first session back at BJJ in 4.5 years and holy moly is my body sore. I went to Synergy BJJ and trained with Niko Han, which is where I first trained in Bali many years ago.

It was pretty good rolls, however he wasn’t really interested as a coach which I found a bit disheartening. Its $1.5mil for 10 lessons, so $15 AUD per lesson approximately which is good, but I don’t think I’m going to stay there. Bali MMA is just down the corner and is world renowned, and having him just sit there on his phone the whole time gave me very Paulo vibes. I’ll use the next few weeks to get my stamina back and then move to Bali MMA.

Bumble has been going well. I’m meeting Astrid tomorrow because SHE HAS A FREAKING GOLDEN RETRIEVER OMG. Going to be good to start banging asians again, been a few years and it needs to happen for truth and justice.
